Where can I find the driver at the arrival in the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the PMI airport meetingpoint located in the middle of arrivals hall GATE C with your name written on a tablet.
I can not find the taxi driver, what can I do?
Please go to the meeting point located at the middle inside of the airport arrivals hall, and we will find you.
I travel with children. Do I need any car childseat, booster or car baby seat?
In the booking form you can include all the information for your special needs, we have all kinds of adapters for children travel comfortable and safe.
Can I travel with my pet on the taxi?
Yes, please let us know in the comments section of booking form and we will send you an appropriate vehicle. Important! don’t forget that due to the current regulations, we are forced to transport the animals in an appropriate pet box.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, all of our vehicles have this possibility. If you wish to pay by credit card, please let us know in the comments.
What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
Don’t worry it has no charge, but we would appreciate your report.
How long will the driver wait for me?
